The festival will include live performances from renowned artists such as Kirk Franklin, Mannie Fresh, Tobe Nwigwe, and Andra Day. Additionally, the lineup features local talents like La Reezy, Ha Sizzle, Shamar, Subtweet Shawn, and DJ Arie Spins, among others. Comedian Kevin ‘KevOnStage’ Fredericks will serve as the host, ensuring a lively atmosphere throughout the day.

The event will not only focus on music but will also feature a Food Village that Keith Lee personally curated, highlighting independently owned restaurants and food vendors. This initiative aims to uplift local businesses while allowing attendees to indulge in New Orleans’ rich culinary landscape.

The concept for Familee Day originated from Lee’s experiences in New Orleans, where he and his family felt an overwhelming sense of love and hospitality. “New Orleans showed my family and me so much love, and that stayed with me,” Lee expressed. “Familee Day is my way of giving that love back, supporting local businesses, and celebrating the culture and food that makes New Orleans so special.”

Familee Day is not just another festival; it represents a growing trend of community-focused events that celebrate local culture and cuisine. By spotlighting independent vendors and artists, Keith Lee is contributing to the economic vitality of New Orleans while fostering a sense of belonging and togetherness among attendees.

As festivals increasingly become platforms for cultural exchange, Familee Day stands out as a model for how food and music can unite communities and celebrate diversity.
